Exotic Snack Guy is committed to delivering our customer’s orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policies: 

Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. If there are any issues or delays in processing the order, we will notify the customer via email or phone.

Cancelations:

We cannot guarantee cancellations but please email us at sales@exoticsnackguyss.com and we will try and cancel before it is shipped. If it has been shipped, we can no longer cancel.

Shipping Options:

We offer a variety of shipping options to best fit our customer’s needs. Shipping options include standard ground shipping or expedited shipping. Shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.

Shipping Times:

The estimated shipping time for standard ground shipping is 2-3 business days from the date the order is shipped. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s service and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or other events.

Order Tracking:

All orders will include a tracking number that will be provided to the customer via email once the order is shipped. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website and/or via our website. 

Order Marked as Delivered But Haven’t Received it:

Please check around with family members and neighbors. If not found please contact UPS or USPS directly regarding any shipping issue. We are not responsible for stolen or missing orders once they have been delivered.

Order was returned to sender.

If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address or an issue with the information you provided. We will refund you for the items purchased but not for the shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may be restricted for shipment to certain locations due to local or federal regulations. If a product is restricted in a particular location, we will notify the customer and refund the order for that product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product they are ordering is allowed in their location.

Temperature-Related Issues:

Please note that certain products may be affected by high temperatures during shipment. We are not responsible for any temperature-related issues that may occur during shipping, such as melting or spoilage. We recommend that customers select an expedited or overnight shipping option and include ice packs with their order to minimize the risk of temperature-related issues. However, please note that including ice packs does not guarantee that the products will not be affected by high temperatures during shipping.
